

Defendant was a single woman who had moved into, and was residing in a townhouse located at 211 Towne House Village, Hauppauge, New York, since June 2004. The instant action was brought by plaintiff to recover damages for injuries alleged to have been sustained as a result of an incident that occurred at her home on the evening of May 5, 2006. (014), pursuant to CPLR 3212, for an Order directing the entry of summary judgment in favor of Napco Security Technologies, Inc., and dismissing the Complaint, third-party complaint, and all cross-claims asserted against movant, is granted.

ORDERED, that the motion by third-party defendant Napco Security Technologies, Inc.
